My father was extremely abusive to me growing up. Whenever i went to any of my family members they would ignore the problem completely or make cheap alternative. I ran away multiple times, but it never really worked out. I ended up reading Invisible monsters at 15. And running away from my family entirely. Every relative i had disowned me. It was the best decision i ever made.

Funny, how falling apart is often what puts us back together, into what we have always been deep inside. I guess it helps for us to see all of our guts laid out at our feet; to know what is real, and what is just 'shit'.
Maybe Humpty Dumpty wasn't an egg, maybe Humpty Dumpty was a person. Maybe, he didn't WANT to be put back together again.

I had 15 of the most important and influential people in my life when I was 18 years old write it out. I spliced one word of each person's handwriting together and came up with this. From my parents to my high school boyfriend to my 5th grade English teacher to my first girlfriend who is now my wife, this piece will forever have importance to me.
